Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or enrolling in our online Quran classes.

Website Use

By accessing and using the Al Husnain Online Academy website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate inquiries and enrollment in our online Quran learning services. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorized access to systems, or misuse any content or forms.

Content on this website, including text, design, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Al Husnain Online Academy. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute substantial portions of the content without prior written permission.

Enrollment

Enrollment in our courses begins when you submit an admission request (via the website form, WhatsApp, email, or phone) and we confirm a trial or regular class arrangement. Submission of a form does not automatically create a binding contract until we confirm availability, discuss the plan, and both parties agree to proceed with regular classes.

You agree to provide accurate information about the student, parent/guardian (where applicable), contact details, and learning preferences. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay matching with a suitable teacher or scheduling.

Trial Classes

We offer a free trial class so that families can experience our teaching style and so that we can assess the student’s level. The trial is provided without obligation. After the trial, enrollment in a paid plan is optional. We reserve the right to decline further classes if the trial indicates that we cannot meet the student’s needs or if communication is not respectful.

Scheduling

Class times are arranged by mutual agreement to fit the student’s schedule and the teacher’s availability across time zones. Once a regular schedule is set, students and parents are expected to attend on time. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please notify us as early as possible so that the teacher’s time can be managed fairly.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect the continuation of the learning arrangement. We will communicate clearly if attendance becomes a concern.

Payments

Fees for regular classes are communicated clearly before enrollment. Payment terms, methods, and any applicable package periods will be confirmed when you choose a plan. We do not publish fixed prices on the website because fees may vary based on course type and other practical factors. Please contact us for current pricing.

Continued enrollment depends on timely payment according to the agreed terms. If payment issues arise, please contact us promptly so we can discuss options.

Cancellations

You may discontinue classes by informing us in writing (email or WhatsApp). Depending on the payment arrangement in place, refund or credit policies for unused sessions will be discussed fairly. We ask for reasonable notice so that teachers can adjust their schedules.

We may discontinue classes if a student or parent repeatedly violates conduct expectations, fails to attend without notice, or if we are unable to provide a suitable teacher for the requested schedule or preference.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to participate respectfully, follow the teacher’s guidance during lessons, and treat the learning environment with care. Parents of younger students are encouraged to support a quiet space for classes and to reinforce practice between sessions where possible.

Disruptive behavior, disrespect toward teachers, or misuse of the online class platform may result in a warning or, in serious cases, discontinuation of classes.

Teacher Conduct

Our teachers are expected to teach with knowledge, patience, and respect. They should maintain professional boundaries, provide clear instruction, and communicate appropriately with students and parents. Any concern about teacher conduct should be reported to us promptly so that we can address it.

Intellectual Property

Materials shared during classes (such as lesson notes, practice lists, or recorded feedback if any) are for the personal use of the enrolled student. They may not be redistributed, sold, or used for commercial teaching without permission.

The Al Husnain Online Academy name, logo, and website content remain our intellectual property.

Privacy

We handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy. By using the website and submitting forms, you acknowledge that we will process the information you provide for the purposes of responding to inquiries, arranging classes, and delivering our services.

Changes to Services

We may update course offerings, teaching methods, or operational details from time to time. Significant changes that affect enrolled students will be communicated reasonably in advance where practical.

Limitation of Liability

Al Husnain Online Academy provides educational services with care and good faith. We do not guarantee specific academic or spiritual outcomes, as progress depends on many factors including the student’s effort, consistency, and practice outside class. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or participation in classes.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
